In 2014, he and his family moved to the Lower Keys, where he worked on Big Pine for 7 years. In 2006, with 28 years in the Air Conditioning industry, he became a certified contractor. During the Covid pandemic in 2021, he transitioned to manage Facility Operations at Mote Marine Laboratory. Although he enjoyed his new role, he deeply missed his trade and community. In late 2024, highly encouraged by his wife and children, he decided to return to his passion for Air Conditioning.

She moved to the Lower Keys at just 11 years old. She attended Sugarloaf Middle and Key West High. During these years is where she met her future husband. After graduating she became pregnant and they had their first son. This led him to join the Air Force. Now stationed in Wichita, KS, they welcomed their second son and are expecting a third in July ‘25. As a stay-at-home mom, and Air Force wife, she supports her family’s success. She will manage social media, marketing, and community outreach for CCS to ensure her father’s success.

With a strong background in the air conditioning industry since 2009, she has extensive experience in warranties and scheduling. Her focus on efficient operations and excellent customer service supports both technicians and clients. Eager to return with renewed energy, she is organized and dependable, committed to fostering positive interactions while improving processes for her team.
